The mountain station of Herzog & de Meuron offers two types of gastronomic experience, with local products always playing the main role.
The summit restaurant Chäserrugg is also easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The hall
Would you like to enjoy the day on the piste and, if possible, ski the east run or the long run again? Do you want to get to energy quickly and efficiently? Then the Take-Out is exactly the right thing for you. Here 2 or 3 plates with fresh raw products are offered daily. They get drinks and food at the counter.

The parlour
You have time and enjoy the excursion on the Chäserrugg while skiing or hiking to the full. Let us spoil you in our served restaurant in the parlour. In this west wing of the summit building, you will enjoy a varied seasonal map, where regional products are deliberately used and partly reinterpreted.
Also our wine list with selected bottles invites you to discover new culinary delights.

The Terrace
Depending on the place you choose, our sheltered terrace belongs to the hall or the staffed parlour.
